"Fashion is like eating, you shouldn't stick to the same menu."

If you live by this philosophy that's brilliantly put into words by Kenzo Takada, then you definitely should make time for Boutique Fairs Singapore: Spring/Summer 2018 Edition. One will definitely find something that suits their fashion palate at this lovely event with about 230 vendors on board, making it a rich and abundant shopping experience for everyone.

This year, the highly anticipated shopping event presents Boutiques Edit, a curated shopping space located at level 3 of the F1 Pit Building that will be filled with emerging homegrown fashion brands and more. Dubbing this edition as a more 'fashion-focused' one, fashionistas can look out for labels presenting their spring/summer collections, with some exclusively launching their collection at Boutique Fairs this year in March.

Created in partnership with Textile And Fashion Federation Singapore (TAFF), Boutiques Edit is specifically a shopping space that was specially created for homegrown fashion brands to not only showcase and retail their pieces, but to also allow them to share their brand story with the customers through their products.

So if you are curious as to what the local brands have to offer in Boutiques Edit, have your fill by browsing and shopping through a curation that totals up to more than 40 homegrown brands. New brands joining Boutiques Edit are: Lucy & Miu, TRESSE, The Shirt Bar, ESH By Esther, RYE, Blithe & Merry, Rocket Eyewear, Faux Fayc, Alcheme Skincare, Demochoco and Arium Collection.

Aside from these new additions, crowd favorites such as Akosee, Choo Yilin, Collate The Label, Curious Creatures, KLARRA, GINLEE Studios, and many more other labels from past Boutique Fairs will be making their return as well.

Also due to popular demand, Boutiques Social is back with their food and drinks lounge area that allows visitors to take a break and have a cuppa while they are there. Look out for the awesome and not to mention, fragrant brews from Liberty Coffee, the impeccable Nyonya signatures that will be created by Violet Oon Singapore and their pop-up wine bar done up by Pop Up Wines.

And fans of the cat walk make a mental note to look out for their Fashion Parade as well. The Fashion Parade is a unique take on the classic fashion show, where models donning the latest collections from participating brands will be strutting the two floors of the F1 Pit Building where Boutique Fairs will be held. So instead of going to the show, the models will bring the show to you!
