August 2017 marks The Lime Truck’s first venture into Asia, with the opening of the brand’s brick-and-mortar in Singapore. Also referred to as “New American” or “Californian Beach” cuisine, Shemtob’s culinary style can be described as soulful cooking with culturally-inspired flavours.
